Mobile trading is available to all FXCM Asia accounts. There is no additional charge for mobile trading.
Please note, some features of the FXCM Asia Trading Station will not be available on the FXCM Asia Mobile Trading Station. Key differences include, but are not limited to: charting packages will be limited to five minute charts, daily interest rolls will not appear, and the maintenance margin requirement per financial instrument will not be available. Traders should familiarize themselves with the functionality of the Mobile Trading Station by using the demo version prior to trading real funds. Additionally be aware of your mobile service provider's signal strength when accessing the Mobile TS II platform and when placing trades.

What mobile devices are supported?The following mobile devices are supported: iPhone and iPod touch; BlackBerry Curve 8900, Storm 9500, Storm 9530, Tour 9630, Pearl 8110 Series, Pearl 8120 Series, Pearl Flip 8220 Series, Bold 9000, Curve 8300 Series, 8800 Series; Windows Mobile Only for Pocket PC with Windows 5.0 and above and resolution 240 x 320 dpi; all Windows Mobile 5 Editions Models; all Windows Mobile 6 Editions Models; all Windows Mobile 6.1 Editions Models.
Is the mobile trading platform service free?Yes, the mobile trading application is free for demo and live clients.
Is the mobile trading platform available in other languages?We are currently working on supporting several languages in the coming months.
How do I install the mobile trading platform?Installation instructions are available on our site here .
Is there a video to show me how to trade?Yes, the videos can be found here .
What are the steps to signing up and downloading the mobile trading platform?Directions can be found here . But in general, sign up for a demo account if you're not an existing client, go to the above referenced link and download the application to your mobile device.

Will the Mobile TSII Platform have all of the same features that FXCM Asia Trading Station II has?No, some features of the FXCM Asia Trading Station will not be available on the FXCM Asia Mobile Trading Station. Can I use my existing FXCM Asia account?Yes, you can use your current username and password to login also.
Does FXCM Asia support all mobile service carriers?Mobile Trading Station II is available on networks that supply service to iPhone, BlackBerry, and supported Windows Mobile devices.
Do I need a data plan to use FXCM Asia Mobile's Trading Station?Yes, your smartphone needs to access the Internet to be able to use the Mobile Trading Station. It is your responsibility to understand your mobile services provider's data plan charges.
* Beta Testing Notice: Please be advised that this is a beta version. Most electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order routing and execution of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. When you undertake transactions on an electronic trading system, you will be exposed to risks associated with the system including but not limited to failure of hardware or software, as such please be sure to review the execution risks . Beta testing is designed to pinpoint inherent flaws in the software. Clients who may experience increased technical difficulties during this period are encouraged to contact betatest@fxcm.com . For this purpose, participation in beta testing is completely voluntary. † Subject to available liquidity. The trading desk is open from 5:15 p.m. (ET) Sunday afternoon through 4 p.m. (ET) Friday afternoon.
For FXCM Asia Limited account holders: you acknowledge and affirm that by downloading and accessing the Mobile Trading Platform, you fully understand that your account will be subject to the following margin requirements. The initial margin set at 5%, maintenance margin set at 3%, and the liquidation margin set at 1%. PLEASE NOTE, although the above margin requirements WILL NOT be displayed on the Mobile Trading Platform, trade execution using the Mobile Trading Platform will continue to maintain the above margin settings. Further, some features of the FXCM Trading Station will not be available on the FXCM Mobile Trading Station.
